Remote Inbound Sales Agent (Work From Home)
This is a fully remote role taking incoming calls and quote requests for our freezer and refrigerated trailer rentals across all three states we serve. People reach out because a cooler died, a harvest is coming in, or an event needs cold storage, and your job is to figure out what they need, whether that's a 0°F freezer unit or a 40°F reefer, and book the right one. No cold calling. Every lead comes to you warm.
You'll help customers size their cold-storage solution, quote the rental, follow up, and hand the job to dispatch clean. If you've worked phones or customer service before, you know good fit and you can close without being pushy, you'll do well here.

What You will Do
- Answer inbound calls and web quote requests from customers across the West
- Ask the right questions to understand what each customer actually needs
- Recommend the right trailer size and configuration for the job
- Build and send accurate rental quotes
- Follow up on open quotes and keep deals moving
- Keep the CRM clean and current so nothing slips
- Coordinate with dispatch so every booked job is set up to deliver smoothly
- Hit our response-time targets so customers hear back fast
What We are Looking For
- Sales or customer-service experience, ideally on the phone
- Strong phone presence and an easy, helpful way with people
- Reliable home internet and a quiet space to take calls
- Comfortable working in a CRM and keeping records tidy
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own day without someone watching
- Available during business hours across the time zones we serve
- Good at sizing a job and asking the right follow-up questions
- Able to pass a background check
